How hygienic are the stylers?

The stylers are completely sterile due to the high temperatures of the ceramic irons (200 degrees).

What if somebody burns themselves, can I be sued?

No is the answer to this, there are plenty of warnings on the machine telling people the irons are hot and everybody who is using the machine will know this anyway.

How much power does the Styler use?

120 watts when the styler is in use (not much more than a light bulb) and negligible when the styler is switched off.

How big are the stylers?

The slim design is equivalent to A4 (29cm x 21cm) and is 6cm deep.

Where can the styler be fitted in the washroom?

Pretty much anywhere as long as there is a spur nearby that we can trunk the wiring to. Or we can put the styler above a hand dryer where there will already be a spur.

Who installs the styler?

We use a local electrician who is experienced in fitting our stylers.

Will my electrics and fuse boards need to be assessed before installation?

Yes. We will arrange for the electrician to come to your venue before the installation date to assess the proposed siting of the styler and quality of the electrics and fuse boards.

Do I pay for the installation?

No. The installation is completely free of charge as long as there is a spur to fit to. There is nearly always a spur we can connect to.

What circumstances may I have to pay for installation?

You will not have to pay for the installation as such, however, If your wiring or fuse boards etc are not up to scratch you will need to get your own electrician (or ours if you like) to fix this problem at your own expense before we will install the styler, and this is the reason we have to do the assessment before the installation date.

How long does the installation take?

Normally between 1 and 2 hours.

Will the power supply be turned off?

Yes. But as most venues have separate fuse boards for different rooms you may be ok, but if not, the electrician will tell you this after the assessment and we will arrange a more appropriate time for the installation to take place (usually when you are closed for business).
